When you aren't hosting delicious barbecues, utilize the fully equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Both a breakfast bar and formal dining table are available for mealtime. Adorned with soft linens and charming nautical decorations, the bedrooms are equally comfortable. A second family room and separate laundry room wrap up the interior conveniences. Within 15 miles of your stay, explore the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge, Spohr Gardens, South Cape Beach State Park, and Brookside Golf Club. Beautiful, recently-renovated property

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It had everything needed (and then some!) We really enjoyed the games in the finished basement and so many different areas to hang out in. Convenient (i.e. short drive) to restaurants, etc. Best. toilets. ever!

A reunion of college buddies. The house was amazingly updated with phenomenal amenities. The owner has set this house apart from many others with all the updates. A truly excellent place and comfortable as well. Would not hesitate in the slightest to suggest as a place to stay!!!
