「現地に着いたら…まずホテルがない‼︎ホテルの名前が違ってる(´Д` ) ここはホテルではなくコンドミニアムの民泊。コンドミニアムの警備員は英語が片言で話が通じない‼︎ホテル名が違うのを理解して別の場所で鍵を受取るまで約１時間半(´Д` ) さらに部屋では…シャワーの水が流れない‼︎洗面所が水浸しに(´Д` ) 年間30泊はする私の人生で一番最悪な宿‼︎」

「Veldig fin leilighet. Har selv eid flere leiligheter i Jomtien igjennom årene, og denne var fin. nye fine møbler, nylig oppusset. GOD seng, og bra Wifi og aircon. - bra utstyrt, stor smart tv og ALT du trenger på kjøkkenet og av alt annet. Imponert ! Generelt veldig fornøyd med "value for money" og kan absolutt anbefale dette. Eneste minuset var at de bløffet på strømprisen. Vi ble belastet 2500 thb for 9 dager i strøm, og det er nok uten tvil ikke gjeldende priser, her har utleier lagt godt...

「Contacted host a month before to double check booking no answer. I was advised I would receive details 72 hours before, contacted host and no communication. Arrived in Pattaya and received no check in details, had to wait for VRBO to try and contact host. No reply and had to find another property to stay. 」

「great location and perfect for a single or couple.」

「The building is 3 floors apartment, no elevator. It’s in a quiet area of Banchang district. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is good but the pillows are high and hard. The hospitality is good. Having own transportation is a must.」
