Clean room, great customer service, the bar area was nice and overall good experience. Great view of the City from our room too!

It was aesthetically a nice place and part of the team was responsive, the trouble was that tithe room presenting so may needs for me to request help. The room while nice overviewed a layer of roof and looked across directly into a working kitchen. The blackout shade would not close, so I had to call for help. The tv would not turn on, there were no batteries in the remote, they came and gave me batteries. On the second night the door would not unlock. I went for a new key, still wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to let the staff know and call engineering to replace the battery in the door so I could go in. That night I spoke to the front desk about how may issues I was having, they said they’d have the manager contact me, the never did. In the morning I went to check out, the person asked me how my stay was, I said honestly I had hoped it were better. They said, I’m sorry and moved on. No follow up questions nothing more. I accepted the stay because it did locationally meet my needs but would have preferred doing less work to make the stay work.

Had a wonderful stay at the Nicollet Island Inn. The location truly sets it apart — it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet right in the middle of the city. Loved feeling tucked away on the river while still being just minutes from downtown Minneapolis. My room was comfortable and full of character, and the entire property has a warm, relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The restaurant was just as impressive. The food was very good — thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor — and the service was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, quiet place in the heart of the city with excellent dining and great service.
