Perfect stay

This place was a perfect spot to spend the second part of our honeymoon. The location was amazing. Near enough to food and shops but not in the busy hub of Boothbay. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you could need. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful and Convenient Cottage

This cottage was truly a precious laid out, suited us perfectly. My daughter and I truly were very impressed with how CLEAN this cottage was, The decor is adorable, and VERY WELL STOCKED, we have traveled for years and to a few places, the stock is usually very low, The owners truly accommodate the traveler! Very Thankful and Blessed that they share their home for us that travel, having the conveniences of home, a VERY well-maintained cottage, the location was perfect for our daily road trips, the beds are VERY CLEAN and comfortable, We felt very safe, it is in a quiet little area. My daughter and I both agree in all the places we have been Blessed to travel, this cottage was truly impeccable, and exceeded our expectations.!

Comfortable Cottage

The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, which makes it easy to use for meals. The space has great light and pleasing beach decor. It worked well for the two of us. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Close proximity to Booth Bay harbor. Quaint little cottage/bungalo, updated and clean, good amenities. Cute porch sitting area. Yard well maintained. Very close to a busy, loud road. Alexa device frequently tallked throughout day and night, turned on livingroom light during the night. Bed uncomfortable and squeaky.

the cottage is charming, very well appointed and very tastefully decorated. the bed is very comfortable, as is living room furniture. the kitchen has all the cooking utensils and dinner ware you could need. and the cottage is well stocked with all the paper products etc. you would ever need during your stay.. I look forward to staying again asap.

Lovely property, great location.

This adorable cottage has everything you need for a great getaway. Comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a short drive to several beautiful areas - Ocean Point, Boothbay Harbor, and Pine Tree preserve. Check-in was a breeze. I definitely recommend this property.

Winter Respite

This fit my needs exactly. I wanted quiet solitude as a break from caring for my elderly mom with dementia. I knew the area would have the scenery I was looking for. Can't speak to what was available for dining as I brought all my meals with me knowing most places close or have limited options. The best for me was this cottage held its own with Temps unusually low, minus 34 degree windchill. I was comfortable the whole time.

Perfect cottage getaway

My husband and I stayed here in mid October for our anniversary. The property was very clean and provided everything we may have needed. The master bedroom is very comfortable, and there are two pull outs if you had more than one couple staying. The location is very close to the Ocean Point walking trail. We actually walked down to it a couple of times during the week. It's our favorite spot in Maine! We will definitely be looking to book again for our trip next year.

The best Cottage in Boothbay Maine

We loved visiting Boothbay Maine and this condo was so perfect! I can't think of anything that they could change to make it better! Location was awesome and the cottage itself was super clean, cozy and wonderful!

Great cottage in great location

We loved this place! Everything was perfect. The cottage was roomy, the kitchen well appointed, the bed and futon nice and firm. We would book it again in a heartbeat if we come back to vacation in the Boothbay area.

Comfortable and cozy

We loved everything about the little house. It was clean and everything went smoothly with check-in and appliances and electronics. There are little touches everywhere and the decor definitely reminds you you're in Maine. It was so relaxing to just hang out there after spending the day seeing the sights. The location, as far as being in Maine, was pretty central between Acadia and Portland, but did involve more driving than we expected because it's on a peninsula. Linda has everything set up for easy use and help with anything is available from their neighbor. She was promt with communication and very warm and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage

Peaceful and well equipped cottage in proximity to all that Boothbay Harbor has to offer without having to struggle with parking and the crowds of town. Morning walks along King Philip’s Drive are beautiful and only 250 yards or so from cottage. Similarly the cottage is but 5-10 min from Ocean Point and a beach and tide pools and more walks. Traffic along Ocean Point Rd calms down after dark and is not a problem. The owner clearly has invested in quality structural upgrades to the property (good windows, nice easy to clean flooring, etc). Very enjoyable.

Cozy house in a great location

The house is perfect for a couple. The backyard deck and the porch at the entrance are both good places for coffee and breakfast. The house is a short drive from Ocean Point, which is a wonderful spot to walk and to hike over the rocks. It is also close to East Boothbay locations for great food. There are great hiking trails just up the road that we took advantage of. It only takes 10 minutes to drive to Boothbay Harbor, but has the advantage that while the Harbor is very busy, East Boothbay is much quieter and more relaxed. Finally, Linda is a great host. We had a problem with the clothes dryer, and Linda had it fixed by the end of the day (on a Friday no less). We would definitely recommend this to others, and would happily stay here again.

Clean and cute little cottage

We enjoyed a long weekend at this lovely little cottage. Clean, with a well stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook much) and towels/linens, the owner clearly took great care to think of guests' needs. The beautiful shoreline is nearby, and Boothbay Harbor is just a short drive away. Very nice.

Sweet Cottage!

My two sisters and I stayed at this cottage for a long weekend and loved it! It's in a great location and the whole process of booking, checking in and checking out was effortless. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This house was absolutely wonderful! It had all the amenities of home, in a vacation setting. A beautiful sunset out the front window, a breathtaking walk down the road to a stunning coast, cupboards stocked if you forgot something, and a super cozy bed. I spent my time here alone, but there was plenty of space for family or friends. The owner was extremely accommodating and made sure when I arrived the house was clean and ready. I will definitely be back!
