Our spacious, quiet suite offers two bedrooms with one queen bed and two twin beds, a full bathroom, living room and dining area. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, cable t.v., a mini fridge, and coffee station.

Built in 1850, this house boasts colonial charm with eclectic design for a fun, unique stay.
Guest access
A private keyless entry brings you directly to the living room and dining area, with roku channels and wifi. we offer board games for whole family, a coffee bar, microwave and mini fridge.
The bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay during Colgate's parents weekend. The house is spacious and exquisitely clean, and in a good location. Nicole was a great host, very communicative and providing great hospitality with freshly baked scones each morning. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

A fabulous stay

Highly recommend! Lovely colonial home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Just down the road from Colgate University, about a 5 minute drive to campus. Stayed here for 7 days while working on campus. Spacious and quiet, it was perfect!

The house was lovely, and we enjoyed the freshly baked scones. Note: While you don't have access to the full kitchen, a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and a mini-fridge is available. Within walking distance, there's a pub called Huff Brau that offers great food with generous portions.

Great for Colgate Reunion

We had a wonderful visit. The space was welcoming, roomy, and had everything we needed!we loved the fresh baked surprises for breakfast. Delicious blueberry muffins, then great cranberry scones. These made breakfast in the porch delightful.Would definitely stay again when returning to visit Colgate!!

Clean & Comfy Historical Home

Features a welcoming environment inside & out in a small village. Nice pet-friendly space for couples or a small family. Owners responded quickly & will wash the dishes since there is not a kitchen sink in the guest suite.

Exceeded all expectations

I felt I had an entire house to myself. Just beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and private. Morning scones were a treat. I just wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Loved the red poppies. I went home and preferred some for my garden.

Above expectations!

This home feels like a tradtional upscale B&B. The rooms a beautiful. We had everything we needed to have a very comfortable reunion weekend. When my friend's husband wanted a break from the activities, he had a comfortable living room where he could relax.The morning muffins and breakfast treats were fresh and better than you expect in a VRBO. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.
