「We had a very nice stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated and our room was very comfortable! The staff that we encountered was very nice! We were in town for a hockey game and the property was conveniently located for it. If I had any complaints, it would be... for the continental breakfast, there were three cereal choices plus an oatmeal, but none of them were gluten-free. I have Celiac Disease...I could have ate the eggs and potatoes they had though, so it wasn't like there wasn't...

「長期滞在の客向けのランドリーが一台しかない上、その一台が不具合で使用するたびにフロントに電話をしなければならなかったのが煩わしかった。 なかなか使えないし、もっと台数を増やすべきだ。 それ以外は快適でとても良かった。」

「The building was probably beautiful in its hay day. There was no real lighting on the outside of the building. The carpets definitely need replaced in the lobby. There were homeless people sleeping on the couches as part of a state program, which is great! Wish this was happening in other places. But it does seem to be keeping business from what was probably a nice hotel. Pet friendly so that’s really nice. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading. Real “Shinning” vibes from this place.」

「Great accommodations. Location for MSU is excellent. Price was great, bed very comfortable, clean, spacious room, nice amenities , friendly staff. The only negative was the water pressure of the shower was not very strong.」

「チェックインして通された部屋はベッドメイキングは済んでいたものの、掃除されておらず、前の客のシーツやタオルもまとめて置いてある有様。 ここは好きで9年前から何度も使っているが、年々、サービスの質の低下が感じられる。エレベーターの閉のボタンも潰れたまま。設備も古くなってきているのだからサービスで頑張ってもらわなきゃ。」

「It wasn’t clean. The staff had a nasty attitude, and they had the nerve to ask for a deposit. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to stay there.」

「食事の場所やお酒を飲む場所がないのは最悪…。ホテルにレストランもないので、車がない人には向かない。静かでいいが、快適度にかけると思う…。」
