Eagle Lake

The room was spacious and comfortable. The design of the bathroom is odd - the door doesn't have a lock and the switch for the light is outside the door. the bed was so so comfortable. I'd love to have the bedding for my house. I loved the fact that i could just walk into the mall from the lobby. The one major thing i did not like was that i was unable to get anyone on the phone when i dialed "0" for the operator or In Room Dining, and i tried on a few different occasions - in the afternoon and the evening. it's a good thing i didn't need security or anything....... and i never really saw an employee. that was eerie. lastly, the roast chicken dinner in the restaurant was amazing! even if i had to go down to order it myself because in room dining didn't answer.

The theme was fun!! We loved the air hockey tables and the bartenders were great ! Kirsten was the bartender above and beyond. Breakfast at the beacon was incredible! The chairs and beds were very comfortable and room was exceptionally clean
