Hotel built well but the staff deputed are non professionals they even don't know how to welcome the customers. Rest of the things can be analysed 😫😫😫

Good Hotel with additional care.

The Hotel is centrally located. It has very good Parking Area. This Hotel is located at Pilgrim place. Considering this point overall cleanliness was good. However they should ensure that the rooms are treated with insecticides and free of small insects. Service is good, amenities are in good working condition.

Best Economical Hotel

Best hotel for the price range we were looking. Service was top notch and one of the reasons I would be picking this hotel again when I travel to Dwarka in the future.

Fair enough

Piligrimage. The mattress was too soft. Bathroom requires an exhaust fan. No electric kettle. Food in restaurant was good. Property is new and clean. Ample parking space. Far from temple - it claims a 5min walk, but it is 5min only by an autorickshaw. Elevator present.

STAYED FROM 9FEB 2015 TO 11 FEB 2015

HOTELS IS LOCATED AT NICE PLACE WITH PLEASANT SURROUNDING. ONE CAN BE SATISFIED WITH CLEANLINESS AND QUALITY OF FOOD SERVED AS RESTAURANT IS ATTACHED TO THE HOTEL. 2 DAYS ARE ENOUGH FOR DWARKA. FOR ONE DAY ONE CAN PLAN FOR LOCAL SIGHT SEEING WHICH TAKES ONLY HALF DAY I.E FROM 4 PM TO 8 PM. THE WHOLE DAY CAN BE TAKEN FOR NEAR BY SIGHTSEEING AS DWARKA BETH, NAGESHWAR MAHADEV MANDIR, GOPI TALAV, RUKUMANI TEMPLE. CAB CHARGED US FOR THE SAME RS. 800 WHICH IS WORTH IN GIVING. Note : At dwarka be aware of mineral water bottles available as they are duplicate. At hotel you can get genuine mineral water bottles. Hotel Guruprerna is best in terms of rate and standards mantained. A budget hotel with lot of things offering with standards meeting the same. recommended for family especially. Will stay here in future too.

Good Hotel close to Dwarka main Temple.

Overall it was a good experience. Hotel was in good condition. I went with my dad, we stayed for 3 nights and 2 days. It is centrally located and quite close to the main temple of Dwarka. Hotel reception staff was nice, especially the night shift young man with the lovely smile. He was helpful also. We had a few meals at Hotel's restaurant "Sharnam", overall food was good, if not excellent. We had booked taxi through hotel reception only for both the days, first day for local sight seeing and next for Somnath Darshan. I found the rate of local sight seeing taxi costly, and even the condition of the vehicle was not very good. However, next day what we got for Somnath Darshan, it was nice and overall charges were also genuine. Cleanliness and hospitality are the two areas where the hotel can still improve. I would like to visit the place again and would expect an improved service from the same place.

very basic hotel, larger rooms compared to other hotels near the temple, about 1 km from the temple, off season- you could land up there and get better deals

Disappointing

I was born in India and have stayed in many hotels during my travels in India over the past 40 years. Hotel Gurupurnima was disappointing to say the least. We got to stay in the suit. The rooms were big and spacious. We had to ask to change the bed sheets as they looked unclean. The bath rooms were dirty and the sink taps did not work. The phone in the room was dangling and never worked. The front desk said that they would ask some one to fix the phone which they never did. We stayed only one night and were disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone at a price we were charged.
