"Property was in a very central location and within metres of main train station. Room was large, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar was well stocked and adequately priced and the provision of the small grocery store in reception was an added bonus. Although property is next to the main train lines in and out of Dusseldorf, there was absolutely no noise at all from the outside. Beds were very comfortable and shower was a good standard."

"Lovely hotel, really stylish room, sky bar and lobby. The staff allowed us to check in early and overall were very helpful. Shout out to our Italian friend who worked in the restaurant at breakfast. Speaking of which the sky bar has great views to enjoy a really tasty and varied breakfast. The location was fab near the main station and an even closer underground stop, with fab shops and restaurants nearby in Little Tokyo, would definitely visit again!"

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
