Preis/Leistung völlig ok
Vorab, wer eine günstige und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einem wirklich guten und bequemen Bett sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, dafür eine große Dusche. Kein Personal vor Ort, außer die Reinigungskräfte morgens. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch nicht so prickelnd, aber Bus und Tram sind nur 300 Meter entfernt.

Hôtel complètement impersonnel. Personne à l'accueil, aucune info...pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner. Un bar a côté de l'hôtel propose ce service à des prix hallucinant 😡. Nous sommes resté 4 nuits. Notre chambre n'a pas été faite pendant 4 jours... Vraiment même si le prix est correcte, je ne recommande pas du tout ce self service hôtel...

This is a clean, and cheap, morden hotel. Aircondition is the only luxury missing. Caution should be exercised as this is a self- checkin hotel service only,(unmaned reception)The system couldn't tell if i had already paid for my stay. The system found my booking but demanded a second payment before i could get my room key card. I am still trying to get a refund!

Staff very helpful. Only 20mn to get into the town centre by tram. Very clean place and quiet. Respectful of environment. And complementary coffee, if you accept your room not needeing cleaning on short stay. Very good experience

Great experience
Our room was small but clean and nice, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There is underground parking, free of charge. Do not know about breakfast as we did not have it at the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from city centre but there is public transport available. The lady receptionist is friendly and helpful, we arrived at the hotel at 11am and she told us in 5 minutes the room is ready for us (I believe the check-in is 2pm). We were very pleased, definitely we will stay there again next time in Dusseldorf.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! The parking was great and hotel was easy to navigate to. Tram stop was about a 5-10 minute walk but not bad! Didn’t sleep well on the bed but other than that all was great!

Hotel was great. I guess they are trying to be "modern". Which means no phone in the room to call reception. There is an iPad type thing. I couldn't call reception from it or order any food. Also, food is only open for breakfast, until 11. and then for dinner from 5pm. There is a Chinese buffet right next door, and a gas station that sells sandwiches, croissants, baked goods, etc., right across the parking lot. No need to cross the street. The people were friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Not too far from the city center. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. Overall pleasant stay.

Comfortable room and easy parking access Gas station nearby, restaurant options as well. The only downside is that a train runs by next to hotel so windows need yo remain shut unless you don t mind the train noise

Accomodation very good, nice modern clean hotel with its own free parking, easy travel into Dusseldorf centre with tram. Hotel offers 'green choice' to skip houskeeping. We expect this hotel to be uncomfortable in hot weather. There was no airco in the room and no obvious ventilation from within the hotel. Leaving a window open is simply not an option as the hotel is right next to a very busy railway line. This detracts from other things like Netflix on the TV. Another interesting feature was the tablet in the room for many facilities [breakfast, dining, which we did not use] tourism and internet etc. It would switch itself on regularly with offers, even during the night which lit up the room rather irritatingly.

Modern hotel, well looked after.
Rooms are small but modern, clean and tidy. It is next to the railway line but the windows are triple glazed. Friendly staff. Self check-in worked fine for me but the door handles are rather hard to turn.

Good value.Nice cafe and staff with reasonable prices.. High speed rail only 50 metres from back of hotel. Noisy if you have to leave window because of no air con. Fan from reception was ok - probably better than air con. No black tea or toast available for breakfast - said they would get some . Easy to get to downtown with bus and light train at front.
