Beautiful hotel in the heart of city center. Staff was amazing! We got there before our room was ready, but were able to drop our bags. When we came back, the staff had already taken our bags to our room for us (no small task as there is no elevator and LOTS of stairs). Very helpful woman at the front desk and later a young man who helped us arrange a taxi for the next morning. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Good place to stay except mislead my the staff on the schedule of the shuttel.

Superbly located, modern hotel near the university, excellent restaurants and sights. The bed was quite comfortable, and the (air-conditioned!) room was nicely designed and appointed. There is a nice lounge with morning coffee downstairs and a small, but decently equipped and maintained workout room on the first floor. Staff were unusually nice to work with and helpful. Excellent four-day stay.
