Home was very comfortable and in excellent condition. House was extremely clean when we arrived.3 of the bedrooms are very large and comfortable. Fourth bedroom has bunk beds and is good for children. Very quiet at night and relaxing.Back yard has a very nice screened in porch and large deck. Best part was very large, flat fenced in backyard. Perfect to toss ball with my dog. Kids would enjoy.Lastly, there is a very well maintained City Park right around the corner. I walked my dog there every day. Excellent playground if you have little ones. 3 minute walk from house.

Valentine Wedding Weekend

The house was very clean and in close proximity to restaurants and stores, which was nice since we had to make a few runs. Only recommendation would be to update some of the linen and towels. You could tell that everything was clean, but some were a little worn. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay in Durham

This home was very comfortable to stay in. There were so many places for us to sit as a family. There was a problem with the A/C when we checked in and Juan got it resolved immediately. He gave us some great suggestions for places to eat out, and overall he was just nice. There was a Wordle board game that we had a great time playing and the foos ball table was a hit as well for my phone addicted teens. The place is also convenient to everything. Never took us more than 10 minutes to get anywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a gathering!

The house is completely renovated, full of little interior design details. The circulation is great and the spaces are well thought. Easily accommodates three couples and two children or variations of that (we did not need that much space, I confess). The neighborhood is very residential and quiet. Conveniently located close to the local grocery store and to Costco, as well. The owners are very good in getting back to us and flexible on our requests.

Durham - Britt Street

Visiting Durham with our family for friends' wedding. Ideal house for families. There were 6 of us (3 generations) - 4 adults and 2 young children. Great property for the young kids - large fenced in yard to play and walking distance to playground and park. Even better in warm weather when the backyard pool could be used. First rate renovation and spacious interior.

Wonderful house for a weekend trip to Durham!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was very clean, which is always key. It is a home that has been totally remodeled, so it is fresh and modern inside. We would not hesitate to rent it again!
