Nice hotel dodgy location

Nice hotel for the price. The only downside being its location didnt feel safe to walk to and from after dark.

It was not gods from the arrival my name was not appearing on their system I had to wait for them to call the manager it was just a long wait. Then the rooms were full we had to be moved to another hotel and room was not good at all for a cluster phobic people, alcohol cap in the room, we had to go and request for tea, sugar, milk as there was nothing in the room. Towels for one person yet we are a couple. It was not a good stay for me unfortunately and also for a first time it was a very poor service for me.

The location was central, but the room itself was not what we had hoped. The air conditioning did not work, so we needed to keep the window open to cool down. The noise from the street kept us up all night. Not one of the outlets worked, so we could not charge anything. Thankful we did not spend more time in the room.

The place is clean n welcoming, staff r just incredibly helpful nothing really to complain about. My first night was 2 noisy but I realized that the noise was coming from the room not 2 far 4rom my one, next morning I asked them 2 change me 2 another room, I was told that those people r actually checking out but nonetheless if I want 2 change is still alright n I was changed with no hassle n they were so polite n apologetic, so nice I can tell. All the managers on duty were very helpful n make u comfortable, all staff members n security were all wonderful, basically my stay was great n location is a bonus even though I got there so late, they were still waiting 4 me n make sure that I feel comfortable. Location is just about next 2 everything , less than 5 minutes from the beach n where u can catch the bus n all transport if u don't wanna walk. Yes I can recommend 2 friends n anyone looking 4 a nice place.

Bad service i receive in 110 bayside hotel in Durban toilet don't have a window there was no tap on the basin phone was not working i had to use my airtime to call reception or restaurant the lady that was cleaning our room was rude the beds that we saw in the picture wen i was booking was not the same dstv was not working the rooms are hot i wouldn't recommend anyone to book in family rooms..

There was loadshedding and we were in total darkness, if improvements or provisions can be made to better situations like that, the better. My bathroom had a window that had no certain. But I had a wonderful sleep and with security I felt safe and like a VIP.

Небольшая комната, неудобно расположен туалет. Если дверь открывается, то полпути невозможно. Туалетная бумага тонкая и лежит на мусорном ведре, нет даже держателя для неё. It was great to stay there but what confused was the on a 329 special they want you to pay 350 saying that their machine can not round off because I booked online so I end up paying 350 instead of 329 as per the booking online
