We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking.
