The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. "Lots of Good restaurants nearby in the local DuPont Circle neighborhood. The motel wasn't the fanciest because it's a converted 19th century home with lots of rooms cut from bigger rooms, but it was good enough for the price. We found the shower good and hot, the AC and heater were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were there over a weekend and it was peaceful and quiet. All-in-all, a great price and location for budget travellers to DC."
