Check in was easy. The house was nice. We were only there for 1 night, but the outdoor area looked really nice. The host was quick to respond to questions. Rainbow Springs was very close. This was a nice mini vacation.

Place was very clean with good space for our family. Felt very safe. Nice washer and dryer but didn’t need to use on a two day visit. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when you needed him. We didn’t cook but there was a great stocked kitchen with everything you would need for a week plus. It was less than a mile to Rainbow springs headwaters! Very nice perk. Restaurants around were very good. People were nice too. Great area to set up base camp!

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was perfect! The property was in a great location in relation to Rainbow Springs. The house was very clean and pleasant. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Check in and check out procedures were very simply. Highly recommended.

What a gorgeous location and property! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful! It is very close to Rainbow River State Park and KP Hole! We really enjoyed the large backyard! Sunny was very communicative and responded promptly every time!

Cute cozy getaway

Very clean cute house. Only a few minute drive to Rainbow Springs park and kayaking spots. Super convenient! Lots of seating in the backyard and a nice fire pit! Owner was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out, we appreciated it!!

Excellent Stay for Scuba Divers!

The home was very clean and as described! The set up is perfect for scuba divers and those wanting to enjoy the nearby springs. The large garage made it super easy to load/unload and store tanks and gear. We were really close to grocery, shopping and a variety of restaurants. The host was amazing! Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Great weekend away

House is super close to the springs which made it a nice retreat after being in the sun all day. My only comment is the backyard is quite beautiful but the furniture could use a good clean. We couldn’t use some of it because it was kinda dirty. Inside of the house was spotless and perfect though. Next kayaking trip I will definitely book again.

Peaceful retreat for all ages

Our entire family enjoyed our stay here. It is obvious the owner wants to make it an enjoyable experience for all ages. The home was very clean, well-stocked with nice appliances and utensils. The property is quiet with a large backyard filled with amenities!

Rainbow Springs

This was a perfect spot for anyone visiting Rainbow Springs! Location is right across the springs and only couple miles from food, gas and groceries. The house was adorable and very clean. We had a great time and would definitely return! Thank you Sunny! 😊

Lovely home

House was staged picture perfect, super cute and comfortable. The neighborhood directly across from the entrance to Rainbow Springs State Park head springs, I found location to be convenient enough. We only stayed 2 nights & did use the brand new grill, plenty of room for more people to enjoy. I would stay here again.

House was very nice. Had a few different seating areas in the back yard, and a fire pit. Sunny even had a couple of hammocks. I will definitely go back there to stay again.
