Rosita was a wonderful hostess! Very quick and easy on communication. A nice garden in the back and a great little shop with ice cream out front. A minute walk to Remora bay for sunset cocktails and dinner. No issue at all with parking and the unit was clean!

When booking this I was impressed with the pictures and the 8.4 rating. I read the first several reviews and it seemed great. It is in a good location. Read another review after arriving and they agree it should have a rating of 2-3. Initially, the owner did not know we were coming so we had to scrounge around to find someone who could help us. The owner was in Korea. It looks like the property has some significant water damage and evidenced by damage walls, etc. Neither the door to the bathroom nor bedroom would close, due to damage at the bottom of each door (assuming water damage). Even locals said "next time, you need a better place", and I agree.

Cozy, clean and nice.

Terrific place. Located across from the Remora Resort. Tiny, simple cozy and perfect for a couple. Clean as can be. These folks care about every detail of your visit. Wonderful, gracious warm Bahamian hospitality.

Please find full review on Google. Limiting to 1500 characters, To put it simply, the own of this property no longer has the "hospitality gene" and was in a different continent while were were there. Every problem we encountered with the apartment was met with denial and then apology. For most things a photo/movie or an in-person visit from a "friend" was required before any remedy was made. This is NOT a 3-star accommodation. 2 star at best.

Not as advertised

Upon arrival the hotel check-in lady, though friendly, did not know what we had booked room wise. She asked us for paperwork showing our reservations. She then said that breakfast is not served, but she will provide us with banana bread and coffee and bring double b/c they do not serve anything on Sunday. On Friday morning we were told that Breakfast was NOT INCLUDED IN OUR RATE, but brought us a danish and cup of coffee as a courtesy! When we booked there was no option. This was advertised as a BED AND BREAKFAST. We had 3 rooms booked and we complained. She said she would contact the owner in Africa and be back with us. SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO TALK TO US and nor could we EVER FIND HER!!! We never had any type of breakfast come to any of our 3 rooms!! The inn was clean and housekeeping did come. The roosters crow from 2 am till the sun comes up!

One of the best place to stay in Harbor Island

It is a one of the best place to stay in Harbor Island. Small, family run BB Hotel, with style and sense of Caribbean Sharm. Quiet, safe and peaceful atmosphere, extremely helpful host service , clean like in Japan hotel in Ginza, and everything you need just short walk from this place. And most important: 5 minute walk until Fantastic Pink Sand beach, which have simply unbelievable view, fresh sea air, clean water and always empty beach…that seems like only yours… (Like on Cow Wreck beach on Anegada, BVI), what you need more to escape and relax from urban tension?
