"Our stay was perfect. The Tara hotel staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The cooked breakfast was always piping hot. The buffet was excellent too. Rooms were very comfortable. Very spacious. We had a Juliet balcony which looked out over the Killybegs harbour. The food in the restaurant was excellent too. We ate there a couple of nights. Don’t forget to go the the wee bar downstairs it is a real treat. So much to see. They have live music on many nights of the week but you...

"Good location. The spacious and modern apartments are situated right in the center. Excellent beds. Mini fridge. Parking is available right outside. A good base for exploring the south of County Donegal. The town itself is small and lively."

"Nice host but could do with updating and a thorough clean. We were only given one bath towel and one hand towel to share between two! Breakfast items weren’t great quality and it all felt rushed. Weren’t offered and extra tea or juice etc. Overall wished I’d booked somewhere else."
