This was the perfect stay! Every staff person was friendly, helpful, approachable. Room was clean, bed comfy, all the right amenities. It was an easy walk to the Space Needle and its surrounding museums and gardens, the Arena, an excellent food market and lots of eating options. Starbucks right next door! Only 15-20 min walk to Pike’s Place Market, Aquarium and the Olympic Sculpture Park. Highly recommend!

The tall man at the check in couldn't care less that the cleaning staff didn't do their job. Didn't get towels one day, didn't get clean glasses ANY day, didn't get water bottles most days, toilet paper wasn't replaced, room wasn't always cleaned sufficiently. View of next door office building so that people working in them, could see inside our room so we had to leave the curtains closed. Sucks... for what we paid per night... approx $300./nightly. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
