We had a spacious two bedroom unit and very comfortable. Good shower. A 5 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The lovely botanic Gardens across the road. Bus stop 3 minutes walk.

Baldwin Street BNB
Slightly quirky accommodation, but comfortable enough once you're aware. And it's half way up Baldwin Street! Our arrival instructions & welcome email arrived into my spam box while we were driving to the accommodation - not the fault of the proprietor, but made our arrival tricky...

Kingsgate Hotel Dunedin
There is no air conditioning and our room was very warm. They do have stand alone fans which was helpful but still needed to leave the window and sliding door open over night.

Scenic Hotel Southern Cross
Hotel obviously on the South Island coach tours Breakfast was a dogfight with most tables booked for tours Food ran out and had to wait for replacements Restaurant food (1 dinner) reasonable
