    This multi-level home is beautifully positioned for every season, whether you're catching the harvest season at the nearby Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard or spending a summer on the lakeshore. The corrugated metal exterior is accented by multiple decks and cable railings that maximize the view; the interior is equally modern with its floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant floor heating, and minimalist-yet-comfortable style.



    The Space:

    The sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating, while the decks provide additional space to relax and sip wine at sunset. A staircase leads down to a private pebbly beach, so you can dip your toes in the cool water with a view of the hills across the lake.



    Each well-appointed bedroom features new bedding (upgraded in 2023) for maximum sleeping comfort. Extra perks include a gas grill for summer barbecues, a washer/dryer to keep your wardrobe refreshed, and free WiFi.

Relaxing retreat

We booked this as a weekend away but still close to home, and couldn't have been more relaxed. We basically just stayed in bed all day listening to the waves on the beach and the birds in the trees. We didn't want to leave! Neighbors are close but there's only 2 spots you can see them, so everything felt very private. So impressed with the property that we're now looking at other places the company manages for future escapes.

The house was immaculately clean and beautiful views. Loved this stay. Well taken care of and very cool place. Would recommend. The dock needs an owl or some deterrent from the seagulls it is a gorgeous view waiting to be used.

Seneca lake house

Property was right on lake. Stayed in late October and fall colors were beautiful. The weather was perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great views of the lake

Great place to stay near all the restaurants & wineries. The views of the lake are amazing. The house was modern and clean. It had everything you could need and more. We will definitely stay again.

Great lake experience!

Really enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The lake is beautiful and the house feels brand new. We brought our own kayaks and enjoyed time on the lake. Location is great as it's central to many different finger lakes destinations.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location

Right on the lake, this house checked every box for us. We loved the wall of windows looking over the lake and also the location was perfect for wineries, Watkins Glen, hiking and many other activities.

Fall Weekend

We had a lovely time waking up to the sunrise through the trees, touring wineries and hiking at Watkins Glen before coming back to the house and cooking dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The house definitely checked all of our boxes for a weekend getaway in beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful views

Beautiful lake views - clean modern comfortable living spaces. We were two couples traveling together- nice divided spaces with decks for both bedrooms. We went hiking and wine tasting. Gravel driveway is steep. Really enjoyed our stay!

The lake view is amazing. The home was very clean and had all the amenities to be comfortable. Also the directions and information about having a 4 wheel drive was helpful. Definitely would come back in the Spring or Summer months.

Hidden Gem

Although the property is slightly challenging to get to it is totally worth it when you arrive at this well appointed what feels like a high-end treehouse overlooking an absolutely beautiful lake. My wife and I felt completely at home in this cozy, secluded home.

Great lake house!

We loved the view from the decks and the sliding glass doors. It was not too far from Watkins Glen Park or downtown. The road in was definitedly dicey but doable. All the appliances were high quality, however could use some directions on how to use.

Great getaway

Spent a couple nights here to unwind following a trip to NYC. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Weather was great so opened all the sliding doors and spent the night falling asleep to the sound of waves splashing on the shore. It felt like a giant treehouse with all the comforts of home. Deck was great and a perfect spot to cookout. And what’s better than drinking morning coffee down by the lake on the dock. We had a great time. Had one minor issue with some slow plumbing, texted before lunch, and by the time we got back, issue was fixed. The house was thoughtfully stocked with extra linens, pillows and more than enough kitchen utensils to accommodate our family of five. We’ll save this spot as one we’ll head back to again.

Total relax

The house is located 12 min. away from the downtown in a forest. Far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Close enough to go for lunch or visit park as many times as you want. House was enough for our family of 5, we used pull out bad in the living room. Deck at the lake was beautiful, water clear, my boys couldn't get enough of it. We brought paddle board that we used daily. The binder of restaurants and places to visit was very useful. Don't ignore 4x4 requirement to get there. You truly DO! We had very nice stay just before school start, something that everyone needed. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay on lake Seneca

We could have stayed longer! This home is strikingly lodged into the hill and woods along the west side of Lake Seneca. The whole back of the house, facing the lake, is window and decking. The first thing we did was climb down to the dock on the water and gaze at the stars. Everything you need is there and nothing more so you have kitchen, towels etc but no clutter or extra stuff. It’s a great location. We went to wineries and local hiking all very near. Things to know— as described there is a winding and steep gravel driveway we were okay with it. if you plan to cook you’ll need spices, oil, and there’s a bit of sun in the mornings so bring a sleep mask. It’s a special place and we would definitely come here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were in town for our son’s Half Ironman in Geneva, and the drive to and from the race was easy. The house was clean, and the kitchen had all the basic utensils and supplies we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. The views from the dock are absolutely beautiful and were one of our favorite parts of the property. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house since we spent most of our time at the race, but it was a comfortable place to come back to.

This was an amazing place to stay. When they say it's a "Hidden Gem" they are correct. You need to book and experience the uniqueness of the rental. Everything is new, clean, and the view is worth a million. It's all glass towards the lake, and you can hear the water and waves coming into shore while you sleep.

The property was great, very accurate to the listing. It was the most professionally managed property we stayed at. Attention to details were great like they have a coat rack and shoe rack. Very clean everywhere.The only issue we had was there were a lot of flies inside the house when we arrived, but the host wasn’t able to address it by providing a fly catcher or something in 4 days .
