So good place

The hotel is fantastic. The owners are a couple of very very nice philippines who will make u feel like at home. They are so candy and a really lovely family. The hotel is like u can see at the pics, everything is new and it's really quiet. Beach is almost inside the resort, and u can have breakfast looking at the sea. We hope to come back soon! It was a sure hit.

Read the bottom of the hotel's Expedia page in small print under YOU SHOULD KNOW, it says a neighbouring building is under construction and may be noisey. It's not a neighbouring building it's part of the resort complex, bang in the middle of all the other units the noise is constant through the work day angle grinders and hammers. After three days we wanted to cancel the remaining 9 days of the booking. The manager said she would give me an answer about a refund the morning we would check out. She didn't and was not around, I stated to her husband I was disappointed and would give a bad review and my wife's family who are local wouldn't recommend the place and we left with our infant child, my wife's elderly mother and her sister. The hotel then sent an email through Expedia accusing me of shouting and being abusive. I did no such thing, and would never do so especially in front of my 7 month old infant and elderly mother in-law. The beach was covered in plastic, I took 30 minutes to clean it with no staff around, the rooms are serviced by emptying the bin only, no sheet or towel change. The manager is smiley and friendly but not interested if you have a problem. Expedia helped get some refund but the hotel did not refund me fully.

L’hôtel semble être tenu par une famille qui met du coeur à l'ouvrage, bien que les chambres soient un peu rustiques (nous devions remplir la chasse d'eau manuellement, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de télécommande à la TV, matelas très fin...). L’hôtel est bien situé en bord de plage, mais nous ne nous sommes pas baigné car le coin est très venteux et il vaut mieux se baigner aux alentours de San Juan. Attention au check out, si on ne fait pas attention à la note, des choses peuvent être ajouté par "mégarde" (nous avons loué un scooter pour 24h et il était noté 48h sur la note, sois-disant par erreur !). Nous avions payé 70€ les 2 nuits, ce qui est correct pour le service, si l'offre est plus cher, l'hôtel ne vaut pas le coût. Attention, pas de restauration sur place, ni de piscine.

beachfront! during high tide its a good time to swim. there were just several instances that power was out for the whole island and it was freakin’ hot. provision of genset in the resort is limited to lights and electric fan. one thing thats disappointing is they charge me for asking 1 small cup of hot water. first time in any accommodation i was in.

A place away from home.

The place is superb, a best place away from home and highly recommended. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very homey, the beach is amazing with its long stretch of clean white sand and not crowded and locals are so friendly (one even gave me a taste of fresh suwaki), the beachfront with cabanas and hammocks are so relaxing and the owner couple and the rest of the staff are so accommodating and helpful too. Definitely a must stay in Siquijor and I already recommend it to friends and family! Thanks much D' Ocean View!

很推薦住宿, 一對熱情老夫妻經營,就像自己的阿公阿嬤

owner是一對老夫妻, 英文很好,親切熱情, 有回到阿嬤家的感覺, 房間內樸實裝潢很新,乾淨整齊, 若枕頭能換新的更好! 庭院有吊床. 下午躺在上面吹海風或是晚上躺著看星星都不錯! 地點離港口很近,往聖胡安方向一分鐘就有加油站,算是很方便,網路訊號差,沒熱水,沒吹風機,沙灘角度看不到夕陽但整體環境是不錯的, 推薦住宿
