"Location is great but I had some issues with the room. Floor was sticky with floor cleaning solution, seems to be common in Croatia. Fridge did not work at all which is tough when you want some cold water in the heat and store snacks for long stays. Remotes with dead batteries. Light bulbs burned out. Host has strange rules, not client focused. With some improvements this could be a great stay. "

The host Sandra is nice, the apartment is cute, cozy and clean and Apt. 1 has a partial ocean view. There are cats outdoors and Sandra’s dogs Cesar and Luna are adorable. "Wir waren zwei Wochen mit zwei Kindern und Hund dem Apartment Christina und uns wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Alison und mit David, dem Verwalter lief immer sehr schnell und problemlos. David war sehr hilfsbereit, als es einmal einen Wasserausfall (auf der ganzen Halbinsel) und zwei Mal einen Stromausfall (auch auf der ganzen Halbinsel) gab. Beides scheint im Sommer gelegentlich vorzukommen und es ist daher sinnvoll, Taschenlampen dabeizuhaben, akkubetriebene Geräte immer einigermaßen aufgeladen zu lassen und ein paar Wasserflaschen auf Vorrat zu haben. Der Blick ist sehr schön, den Balkon haben wir aber nur wenig nutzen können, weil wir zwei extrem heiße Wochen dort waren. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, ein kleiner Strand ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Noch lieber mochten wir allerdings den kleinen Strand, der unterhalb des Studenac-Supermarktes liegt, auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Nur die Matratzen waren leider nicht besonders gut. Die Kinder haben den Pool viel genutzt, für Erwachsene ist er eher etwas klein."

"Split is a beautiful coastal city surrounded by mountains, rocky landscapes, and the sea. There are lovely beaches where you can swim, and the city enjoys plenty of sunshine. However, although Split is already a popular tourist destination, its transport services do not always seem able to meet the demand. Finding a taxi can be extremely difficult—not only during peak hours, but even at around 6 a.m. or 10 p.m. On several occasions, no driver accepted my requests on either Uber or Bolt. This makes accommodation outside the most convenient areas quite difficult to reach. If you encounter this problem, it may help to ask your hotel or accommodation host to arrange a taxi. Local residents appear to use additional taxi services and can often find a car much more easily. Apart from the transportation issue, my overall experience of Split was pleasant. The natural scenery, beaches, sunshine, and setting between the mountains and the sea make it well worth visiting."

"The villa and the apartments were nice. The apartments were clean, nice outdoor area and pool, easy access to the sea and beach. Perfect for families with kids traveling on holidays together. Easy accommodation, as the villa is nearby the airport. Food markets, beach bars and restaurants are also in walking distance."

"We had a lovely 5 night stay at Toni's place. We were a group of 12 and the villa could not have been more perfect. The weather was not always on our side but the summer kitchen / dining area was perfect for group dinners and watching the rain! And we dipped into the pool between showers too! Toni was an excellent host, he even met us early when our plane arrived earlier than expected, and he was so helpful whenever we had any questions. The area was also lovely, an easy (but hilly) walk into Trogir which is beautiful, and good connections to Split (via taxi or boat). Would definitely stay again!!"

"Our stay was excellent. Everything to make our stay perfect had been thought about and provided by our charming host. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful linens & towels. High quality furnishings & a superb & very comfortable bed. Mosquito nets on all the windows & patio doors . Our host went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Without any hesitation I would recommend Villa del Sogno to anyone that appreciates a home from home. Near to good facilities, beaches & restaurants locally and only 15 mins by car to the charming town of Trogir. Also only 20 mins from Split airport. Please book, you will not be even a little disappointed. We cannot recommend our stay highly enough."
