My hubby used his UV light to shine on the bottom sheet. 2 visible round stains. We took off the bottom sheet asked for new one. When we took off bottom sheet, the so called pad underneath was dirty with hair. Sent up all but the fitted sheet. Morning front desk girls were wonderful. Evening man, not so much. so many different elevators were shut down and we were on the 5th. I could go on and on. Never again"

"This is a no-frills property. We stayed prior to an early-morning flight. We wanted only a clean environment and a comfortable bed. This is exactly what we got! An extra that we didn’t expect was that our room turned out to be a suite. The living room and sofa were a nice surprise!"
