Nestled between Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park, and just a short drive to Panguitch Lake and Duck Creek Village, this centrally located retreat is your ideal basecamp for Southern Utah adventures.
Set in a quiet, upscale neighborhood on a large, private lot, the cabin sleeps 8 comfortably in beds (max 10 guests) and includes a cozy loft sleeping area. Enjoy stunning valley views, frequent wildlife sightings, and crisp mountain air from the large deck. Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living space with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen and dinning area.

Koka Panda Escape is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cabin with two levels of comfortable living. The main floor features an open living room with a wood-burning fireplace and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 4, and a bar with seating for 4. The loft provides extra sleeping space, bringing total sleeping capacity to 10 guests. Enjoy stunning valley views from the large deck. The cabin sits on a roomy lot with plenty of parking and space for ATVs. A half bath is located in the basement for convenience.
A 4WD or AWD vehicle is required during colder months for safe access.
Plenty of parking available, including space for ATVs and trailers.
No smoking inside the cabin. (fire restrictions may apply in warmer months)
No pets allowed unless previously approved.
