This spacious designed stone house is located in Dubrovnik, part of the town named Lapad bay. Lapad is a greenery lush area, pleasant and peaceful choice for relaxing summer holiday in Dubrovnik, and even an option for a great active holiday if you like scuba diving, jet skiing, paragliding, sailing and fishing.
A house is really close to the beach (just across the street) and nearest bar is just 50 meters away .
House, with large enclosed (great for pet) private garden, and is next to Promenade and beach (0,1 km to the beach). This stone block house offers you traditionally moderate interier, fully equipped house has its own, separate entrance and therefore complete privacy during your stay is granted.
You can expect a living and dining area with an open, modern equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and beautiful garden.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and matching armchairs, a coffee table, a fortified wall to the digital flat-panel television with cable channels. Kitchen is equipped with a dining table with 5 chairs, fridge, microwave, freezer, hob, toaster, kettle. In both bedrooms are a 160x200 cm andcm king – size bed for an additional adult or two children. Bathroom has washing machine, shower cubicle, wall mirror, a hair dryer and a toilet, off course.

Nearest cafffe bar is Promenade and on the right side of the House is Hotel Kompas with multiple restaurants.

Only 100 meters from House is office to rent a car. Nearest bus station is 100 meters from apartment and taxi stop is across on the big parking next to the Cinestar cinema. All bars and restaurants are in the same walking street so as the House.

Apartment is not in the hill and you dont have stairs. Gps will show you longer way. Try type and search caffe bar Promenade and Sunset beach. The House is located right in between these bars.
