予約してからチェックインまでに連絡をとることがありましたが、返信が迅速で、また、チェックイン時間が変更になっても柔軟に対応していただきました。なにより、施設のロケーションが観光客にとって抜群なことと、お部屋がまるで家にいるようなくつろぎ感、欲しいものがすべて揃っている充実っぷり、ホストのTomasさんの親切な対応やおもてなしに感激しました。今まで沢山のホテルやアパートメントホテルを利用してきましたが、過去一番の宿泊施設で、クロアチアに来た際には、また利用したいです。ドゥブロヴニクで宿泊場所を検討されている方には絶対におすすめします。I strongly recommend　this place as location, facility enrichment, and their hospitality.Thank you so much for your warm hospitality during us stay in Dubrovnik.

Perfect place to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. Convenient to excursion meeting points and great restaurants. Less than 5 min walk to Pile Gate. Tomas is an attentive host. He checked in a few times to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. He also helped arrange our airport transfer. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Dubrovnik! 10/10

This is a wonderful property with a wonderful host - Tomas arranged everything, including transfers and meeting me at the Pile Gate to walk me to the apartment. Throughout my stay he offered trip advice, help and recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself is in a perfect location and has everything you could possibly need, as well as being spotlessly clean, double-glazed and air-conditioned. It was so comfortable I really didn't want to leave.

Greatest Experience in Croatia

Tomas is a superhost! He took care of everything, from check in to check out. Starting with parking, he saved us from making an exorbinant parking mistake. He personally walked us to the apt, which was sumptiously decorated, with everything one will need when traveling. Also extremely clean and comfortable. The location is the best in the city, minutes from Pile Gate. He shared recommendations of the best places to eat. Tomas made sure we had a Five star experience!

This property is a hidden gem - beautiful, modern, great location and the hotel owner Tomas is the most professional, responsive, and thoughtful hospitality provider you can find. I had a wonderful stay and I will be coming back and booking with Perla with my family. Tomas also provides airport transfers - his driver Ivan is also excellent! What blew me away are the little nice touches Perla has, the jar of biscuits, milk and juice in the fridge and even a small bottle of wine - all complimentary and put there for your enjoyment. So great, so sweet - one of the best hotel stays I ever had and I travel a lot!

Excellent choix à Dubrovnik !

Chambre très agréable située au cœur du centre ancien de Dubrovnik, à proximité immédiate de tous les centres d’interêt. Tout est neuf, décoré avec goût et avec des éléments de qualité. Bonne isolation phonique. Tomas s’est montré adorable tout au long de notre séjour, et a utilement organisé notre transfert depuis l’aéroport. Je recommande vivement de loger ici !

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well decorated. The location was amazing, surrounded by all the historic sites and great restaurants. But the most important thing was how the owner of the apartment, Tomas, received us and helped us with all our needs. He arranged transportation for us, waited us at the location of the drop off, and make recommendation about where to eat and what to do. Staying there was the perfect ending of our trip and we highly recommend this apartment.

Our friendly host waited for us at the entrance to the town and helped us with our luggage. He even brought our luggage up all the steps, which were quite a few. The apartment was beautiful, very modern and spacious. Two bedrooms and one shared bathroom were on one level, kitchen, dining and living area along with second bathroom was on second level and small open loft with one bed was on the third level. There was fruit, vine, beer, coffee and chocolate waiting for us. The apartment had all the needed amenities with plenty towels as well as beach towels. Our host was very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend this apartment and the host unless you have an issue with walking up the stairs. I would stay again.

Perla Rooms in Dubrovnik, provided my wife and I, the perfect location to explore and experience all of Dubrovnik. The location right in the heart of the “old city” means it is literally steps from all of the must see sights and restaurants. The owner was excellent, very personable, and ensured every need we had was met. We highly recommend Perla Rooms !

Amazing experience. Perfect location, convenient parking and a super nice room. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to details from the hosts. The room is super clean and very well decorated. Free welcoming drink, snacks and water. The owners were extremely welcoming, helping us with early check-in and trying to find us a place to stay when our flight got cancelled and the city was booked out.

It was the best stay I have ever had. The host was really friendly and genuinely treated us. The welcome food was really diverse and the towels were really plentiful. He even booked a restaurant for us and recommended some unknown places. The location was in the old town so it was the best to travel, and the host took us a long distance to the parking lot and kindly moved our luggage. If I go to Dubrovnik again, I will definitely stay here.

Look no further for Perfect Accommodations!

Amazing location within the Old Town. Beautiful room. Tomas was an incredibly helpful host. If I could give higher than Excellent review, I would. If we are ever back in Dubrovnik, I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than where we stayed!

Schönes und sehr zentral gelegenes Apartment in der Altstadt von Dubrovnik - besser geht es nicht. Der Gastgeber Tomas ist sehr freundlich und bietet einen fantastischen Service (sogar einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf Anfrage). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen!

Great apartment in fantastic location. Spacious, comfortable apartment well equipped. Lovely host with excellent communication. Thoroughly recommend. The location is in the heart of the old town so there will be noise from the bars and restaurant which is to be expected but we were willing to absorb this in order to be inside the city walls

정말 정말 좋았습니다. 제가 렌트카 반납하고 택시타고 갈거라하니 무료로 렌트카회사까지 픽업을 와주셨으며 복잡한 필레게이트부터 짐도들어주시고 숙소까지 데려다 주셨습니다. 호스트분 추천아니었다면 정말 아름다웠던 coral beach 를 놓칠뻔 했습니다. 덕분에 한적하고 아름다운 곳에서 종일 행복했습니다. 그외에도 숙소에 머물면서 할인받을 수 있는 레스토랑들 관광정보등 성심성의껏 설명해주셨습니다^^ 큰 도움이 되었어요. 방은 정말 깨끗하고 넓고 곳곳에 환영받는 기분이 드는 장식들이 있었으며 수건도 정말 넉넉히 주셨습니다. 손수 만드신 술도 주셨는데 너무 맛있더라구요. 위치는 구시가 플라파거리에서 한블럭 올라간 레스토랑 골목입니다. 정말 좋은 위치이지만 딱한가지 아쉬운점은 12시 넘어서까지 시끄럽습니다. 근데 못자거나 그럴정돈 아니에요ㅡ 방이 정말 쾌적합니다. 마지막날 체크아웃할때 센스넘치는 선물까지 주셨어요. 정말 감동적이었습니다. 꼭 다시 가고싶을 정도에요. 가족분들이 운영하시는 것 같은데 정말 다들 따뜻했고 감사했습니다. 완전 강추합니다!!^^

I've never left a review for anything ever, but Tomas was such a thoughtful and kind host I couldn't not leave a review. The apartment itself is even better in person than the photos; so clean and comfortable - and we're quite fussy girls! Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Dubrovnik.

We had a fantastic stay, the room is beautifully presented and the bathroom was a pleasure to use, lovely and clean and good shower. If you wish to stay in the Old Town then location is perfect, easily walkable to all the sightseeing spots, transport points etc. The room is above a street with restaurants so some noise is audible but the windows do a good job of blocking it out. It didn't affect our sleep or stay and we expected some noise having chosen to stay so centrally. Hosts were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the home baking and being met at the start and end of our trip. Lovely little complimentary extras provided in the room were great. All round excellent find in Dubrovnik.
