Stay was great, however, there was a lack of towels for 2 people sharing. Our wet towels were left drying in the hooks, and the cleaner took them down and folded them so they stayed wet and got mixed up. I do not share towels, as unhygienic, so we had to ask for more towels for a 2nd time. Seems a bit common sense to let them dry or just replace them? But they were replaced quickly enough when I asked.

Très bon hôtel que nous avons réservé pour deux nuits. Nous avons eu une chambre qui remplit son job c'est-à-dire bonne literie spacieuse silencieuse et salle de bain impeccable. À 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville nous n'avons pas pris notre voiture durant les deux jours et avons fait tout à pied. Le point négatif de l'hôtel et le parking payant 15 € par jour. Nous avions pas vu ça lors de notre réservation. Le parking est relativement minuscule il faut bien maîtriser le véhicule pour se garer. Mais petit point positif quand même c'est un parking souterrain à l'abri.

We stayed at Maldron at Galway and thought we'd have a similar at Maldron Pearse but we were wrong. Terrible experience. Front desk lady (Johana) was rude checking us in with no smile or effort to even help us with parking. The manager was no better when asking for extra towels or water, its almost like they hated working there. Location is also in a dodgy area and the rooms did not have a thermostat. Very run down room. Spend a little more money and stay elsewhere.

Overall pretty bad experience. Rooms are very tiny and not enough storage. Rooms don’t even have a mini refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. When we requested the ice from the reception, they sent us to their restaurant and the guy there was so rude and unpleasant. He won’t give more 6-7 ice cubes and if you ask more, he’ll show you the attitude. Also, we were renting the car and their garage doesn’t open automatically and you have to go to the reception to get in and out. That was a big shocker that they don’t even have sensor in place and on the top of it they charge you 15 Euro for daily parking. Rip off!

Our room was very noisy. We were near the elevator and could hear the conversations all through the night. My biggest ick was the nylon sock that was used to wrap around something in the ceiling. It was very dirty. We also found a sock from a previous guest under our bed.

Room was clean and spacious enough for 3 friends. Not a fan of the open shower concept because it allows water to go everywhere. But that’s just my preference. We did have some issues with the toilet not flushing and the keys not working. Both were immediately addressed by the staff. Even at 5 am when we were up getting ready for a tour to Galway and couldn’t get the toilet to flush, the front desk came up to help. It was a great area. Would stay again.

Staff friendly and helpful best staff I've ever seen. Good selection for breakfast although food bland. Scrambled eggs should be seasoned and less milk used to prevent the excess water. Breakfast staff polite and attentive. Restaurant staff- polite and helpful. Steak and Guinness pie had pickled onions through it. Not a good combination. woke up every morning to drilling and on the last night someone in the hotel was blasting music as i was trying to get child to sleep

Clean hotel and good breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had a great time at this hotel. We recommend this hotel to everybody and we’ll stay again of we come back in Dublin.

Birthday trip
Great stay. Staff were very attentive and accomodating. Room was a great size and clean. The room was cleaned throughout our stay and fresh towels provided. We were staying for my husbands birthday along with friends and all their rooms were to a good standard too.

Perfectly pleasant stay, beds were comfortable and clean. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel as was out most of the day and evening during our stay.
