We had a good experience with some difficulties. The good - the apartment was nicely decorated and spacious, with a kitchen and balcony, and good restaurants nearby. Also, there were tea and biscuits provided. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms, and the staff was friendly and prompt with communication via Expedia messages. The bad - The check in process was cumbersome, having to drive through the city to get the key. Also, we had no hot water the 1st night since we weren't aware there was a special process to turn it on. Also, the picture showed 2 beds in 1 room, and the setup when we got there was 1 bed, but we made do with the couch.

The good - the apartment was nicely decorated and spacious, with a kitchen and balcony, and good restaurants nearby (The Art of Coffee, Table 45, and Storytellers Bar). Also, there were tea and biscuits provided. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms, and the staff was friendly and prompt with communication via Expedia messages. The bad - The check in process was cumbersome, having to drive through the city to get the key. Also, we had no hot water the 1st night since we weren't aware there was a special process to turn it on. Deceptive location on Expedia. It is blocks away (about 10 minutes walk from Stephens Green) Downstairs bathroom skylights across most of ceiling. The garden level suite is visible to anyone who walks outside next to apartment. Not that clean or well maintained (many lights out and just generally not well maintained) Actually address unclear for taxis and all purposes
