Comfortable but a little dated in the bathroom. In a great location for most of the meetings we had and staff were fine and helpful. Just a note that the noise from the nightclub/ bar can be heard on floors above and didn't stop until 4 am on our last night.

It was a not smoking room but our room smelled a lot smoke inside that it was hard to breathe and my pyjamas smelled smoke also. I couldn’t sleep well because of the club music thats inside the hotel one floor down. I strongly dont recommend this place for family or kids staying here.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt hier nicht optimal. Die Lautstärke von den Clubs im 3. Stock und der Autobahn war störend. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, besonders bei den Badetüchern, und das Fitnessstudio war in einem lächerlichen Zustand mit kaputten Geräten. Das Schwimmbad war zudem viel zu klein.

Hotel reception team are not fit to do this job , they are very aggressive and not negotiable .. Room floor dusty , toilet sealing has water leakage , the towels smelling bad …all over the elevators and corridors smelling very bad as well . Not recommended .

Lovely stay in Dubai - Al Barsha
The Signature Hotel in Al Barsha is a very well organized structure. Highly qualified, professional and kind staff. Larger than average room. Very comfortable bed, functional bathroom and good Wi-Fi signal. The heated swimming pool on the roof is wonderful. Bars and restaurants available in the structure. Free internal parking is very convenient. Really recommendable

Value for Money and Location
Hotel was very good. Ahmed at the reception was very accomodating and quickly got me a room. The room was big and roomy. air conditioner worked well. Internet was fast. Room could use more lighting. Only bath towels were provided. Hand towels had to be asked for. Would definitely stay again. For the money was an excellent value. walking distance to Mall of the Emirates or Metro station.

Smelly corridors, with smell of smoking everywhere. As a non smoker, breathing at this hotel was difficult. Even the bedsheets was smeling of cigarettes. The toilet was slippery and dangerous.

Great disco until 4am
The location was good. Quick walk into Mall of Emirates and easy to get to Mashreq or MoE Metro station. Great nightclub on the first floor, which you can hear up to the 4th floor where I was staying. I visited them at 3:50am asking if they could turn the music down. The very large bouncers were apologetic but said that the disco closed at 4am and to be fair the music did stop just after 4, sadly perhaps for those who were enjoying the club.

There was no proper service at all... specially at night, noone answers the call in reception and room service... i ordered food but i dont know why my food wasn't came to my room... i waited for 2 hours and then went to reception because no1 is answering the call and the people in reception are nicely talking and chatting... and i even requested for birthday decorations and a wine in room for arrival but it wasnt there and spoiled all my surprise i was supposed to give my loved one... this was my second stay and was very disappointing....

great location & clean hotel
nice hotel, very well maintained. the housekeeping is great. rooms / lobby and everywhere else in the hotel is clean. location is awesome. 5mins walk away from Mall of Emirates and two metro stations. Grocery market, ohaaxy, restaurants are a minute walk away. sufficient parking and smart tv available with apps like Prime, Youtube etc. comfortable beds and spacious rooms. few points, however, one must keep in mind are: there’s probably a nightclub in the hotel and if you’re a light sleeper, chances are you’d need some white noise or ear plugs to sleep. that might help with reducing the music noise but you’d still feel slight vibrations till the club closes at 4am. Another point is the bathroom floor tiles could be very slippery while coming out of tub/shower and they dont have any mat etc there so watch out if you’re with seniors or little kids so they dont slip.

We booked 2 nights, looks like there is a nightclub in the hotel and It was a very loud noise untill 3:30am every night!!! :((( The hotel charge a deposit of 100 on credit card and give you cash back after they check your room on checkout. Breakfast was a basic , not like Holidayinn, next door, which we stayed 3 weeks before and was fully booked on new dates. Staff was very polite and service was good , clean room, Stop night club after 12am

I have stayed before in this hotel and last time it was a good experience and stay but this time I wasn't happy with the stay. The check in was delayed, got a room on 2nd floor which was above the bar so lot of noise and there was a strong odor from the bathroom (from the drain).

Das schlechteste hotel den ich jemals war disco im 1 stock hört man bis zum 6 stock solte laut Webseite ab 3 Uhr nachts geschlossen seit ging aber bis 5-6 Uhr früh weiter rauchmelder gingen ohne Grund los Bettwäsche dreckig Badewanne müsste man mit Latschen duschen gehen da die Putz Leute dis nie richtig geputzt haben das einzige Positive wahr nur das früstück der Rest zum kotzen
