Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may have additional fee. Please let us know in advance. Late Check-In Charges: From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 100 AED. After 9:00 PM: 150 AED.
Losing / breaking of access cards or keys, 500 AED will be applied. If the apartment requires a deep clean after your stay, 1,000 AED will be charged.
Any damages to the apartment, furniture or items a fee will be applied. Subject to what has been damaged, a fee will be applied accordingly. Additional fee for extra linens, available upon request.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
