The way to the hotel is very hard to find. My UBER had to drive 3x around and around for 3x15min and finally drove against the wrong way to the hotel, just to be able to drop me off. At the entrance there is no lobby, just a simple table, no computer, no phones, just a guy sitting there with a big book where he writes down the name of the guests. His English was terrible. He did not know, or could not even check, if I had a booking. This is also on a very strange and distant location. There is NOTHING around. No shops, no horeca,... NOTHING. The elevator to go up was very dirty. The whole hotel smells to paint and lays full of dust, construction materials, smells very bad. The rooms are DIRTY, the beds are made as a 8 year old would make it. There were stains on the bedsheets and pillows. The room smells terrible to dust and paint. Even not healthy to sleep there. There is no toilet paper, you have to take care of that yourself. There is no soap in the shower or so. The water from the shower and sink was dark brown, DISGUSTING!! There is a lot of noice from the highway next to it. It is a dirty place, nothing Luxury about it!! They should be removed from HOTELS.COM website! I didn't stay there and moved to another decent hotel. I demand a FULL refund!
