Extremely disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior of the manager, Mobin. I arrived at around 2:20 PM and was in a rush because I had an important meeting. Due to confusion and a lack of communication on the hotel’s side, I was forced to go to reception and explain the situation. I repeatedly told Mobin that I was in a hurry and needed to leave I explained it around 10 times yet he seemed completely unwilling or unable to understand the urgency. I eventually had to leave for my meeting. Around 50 minutes later, I returned and asked to speak with him so we could clear up the situation calmly. Instead of handling the matter professionally, he raised his voice and spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. For someone in a managerial position, this behavior is completely unacceptable. A manager should know how to communicate with guests, respect their time, and resolve issues professionally not escalate the situation and make the guest feel disrespected. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a hotel. Whatever positive aspects the hotel may have, poor management and this kind of attitude completely ruin the experience. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you expect basic professionalism, respect, and decent customer service.

A gorgeous modern hotel in Deira. I was very happy with my stay and I got a great deal. Junaid at the front desk was extremely welcoming and went the extra mile for me, I really appreciate his kindness. Moderate selection and the breakfast buffet. The only downside is that my room smelled of cigarettes and it was a non-smoking room. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
