9.6/10 Exceptional! (88 reviews)
Everything was perfect - the information prior to and during stay. Room was an open studio that was clean and offered a most comfortable place to stay in Old Town. Note, the unit is located within the picturesque old town steps surrounded by great restaurants. The steps are steep and require you to carry your luggage up/down. There is no ramp, just ancient stairs so pack light. Great option is store your luggage at the entrance gate for the day/night - and just bring a change of clothes in a backpack. Great stay!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (89 reviews)
Staying in the center of a kingdom, thousands of years old is priceless.
This hotel is situated perfectly in the center of historical old town, surrounded by restaurants, shops, museums, galleries and the famous wall. Only downside is the steep staircase to the loft suite. The photos are accurate, so no surprise. Good exercise.

Checkin was a mess, I didn’t receive information the day prior so called and then the service wasn’t able to locate my reservation, this added a lot of stress having to communicate with hotels.com to help coordinate. They eventually found it and the checkin was better after that. Great location but there wasn’t any basic supplies provided, no shampoo or conditioner, dish soap was out even.
