Great family vacation at Silverwoods

Great Holiday vacation at Silverwoods in Treasure Lake. Beautiful weekend at the lake and on the golf course. The condo does need updates but was clean.

Great place. I wish they would change out the mattresses. They are incredibly hard. We bought a topper for the bed but it dodnt help that much.

Great Summer vacation spot

Comfortable stay, easy access to Beach, Golf course, Pool. A few issues with the Condo: Sliding glass doors did not have screens. Patio furniture was scattered and not clean. TV did not offer many channels. However, would definitely stay here again.

Nice place but no communication! Very hard to find

The upstairs amazing the bedrooms on the other hand was like stepping back in to the 70s old and dirty bed coverings sheets were all stained .. the shower still had soap in it ! Check in and out was horrible no one at office . Finding the house was a nightmare because we had no directions . When we did visit the pool and game area we were followed closely by a lady , like we were going to steal something so we just left !

The area is beautiful . The property itself is shabby inside. The cabinets need replaced, the carpet is dirty . Pillows are awful . The condo is terrible to find at night homes are not marked by the road so you can easily see your number .

The surroundings area are very unique like living in the forest with many deers as neighbors. The buildings are quite old but well maintained. The kitchen provides less and poor quality cooking tools. The cutting board is so little to work and no good knives to cut meat. Wine glasses are so thick. The kitchen just far below the “full kitchen “ for this level of property standards.

Quiet Timeshare in the woods

Looked exactly like the photos. Everything was very clean. It’s an older facility that has been updated and is overall in good condition. This is located inside a gated community/town with multiple lakes, golf courses and other amenities. Seems like it would be very nice during the summer. Very quiet and no-one else around. It snowed multiple times while we were there and the walkway, driveway and road to the facility were cleaned up and salted before 7am. They were also very quiet shoveling and we didn’t even realize they had come by. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The area was beautiful however the unit was another story . The Tv didnt work at all. The reason why i booked was for the jacuzzi however there wasnt one . It also said swim up bar and that wasn't existant.

Bare necessities

The room was fine but to find a broken TV in the living room and no WiFi working was disappointing. Very small hot water supply. Clean and tidy good night sleep (Quiet area) Disappointed by the fact time was taken to blame the cable company for the broken tuner in the TV. Not very difficult to determine when the TV's in the bedrooms worked but not the living room.

We got to the property after hours and could not find my name. We called and was told that we owed a security deposit. We were never told this. The confirmation email just gave me the passcode and said we would find our name. When we got to the gate, they gave us a hard time because we did not have a pass and said we should have received a pass in our packet. Again, the confirmation email just stated to go to the security and they would let us in. Once we got to the property it was ok. A little musty smelling. None of the TV's had remotes that worked in the living room. There were 2 TVs there which was confusing. The TV in the full size bed room didn't have anycable to it. There were cobwebs everywhere. The fan in the upstairs bathroom did not work. Overall our stay was ok. There needs to be more communication and clarity in the instructions for after hour check ins.

Nice place. Terrible directions to get there.

The directions for after hours check in were really bad. It took us over an hour to find the property and that was after we had to talk to security about where yo get our keys. An address for the townhouse would be much better than the terrible map they gave us

Great Stay

Very clean, kitchen well stocked for cooking. A great back deck for grilling, and a second floor balcony off the two bedrooms. Two baths, one with a tub. Plenty of parking. Beautiful woodsy surroundings.

Difficult Access

The address for the townhouse was not listed at it's actual location. The townhouses are actually a 20 minute drive through a gated community from the address provided. Since you are not a resident of this community, you are only permitted to use the main gate furthest away from the townhouses. Check-in and check-out was confusing since the office is only open from 9am-4pm. Unless you plan to vacation at the lake, I would not recommend staying here.

(1) There was no communication. We received a notice that checking started at 4pm, but when we arrived we found that the office CLOSES at 4pm We didn't know what to do so we called customer service to walk us through it. We should have received instructions in advance. (Customer service was very nice) (2) Everyone's key is in the same lockbox with appt numbers on them. Which means everyone with access to the box has access to get (copy) everyone else's keys. In addition, I had to fill something out and put it back in the box - which means everyone with access to the box had access to that. Security was totally unacceptable!! (3) The condo is very cute but desperately needs remodeling, especially the bathrooms. Toilets remind me of what was in the grandmother's house - from the 1940's. (4) Twin beds both need to be replaced. I'm still dealing with pain from sleeping in one of them. (5) Everything looked very clean, but the whole place had an air of oldness and mustiness about it. We had also reserved a condo for our return trip. The beds were so bad, that we forfeited what we had paid to reserve a condo for the return trip and got hotel rooms. I'm still dealing with pain from sleeping in that bed. I've never given a low rating for anywhere that I stayed before.
