The Knock.

The Knock is located at Knockinreoch (G63 0AP), which is the first property on the Gartness Road on the east side of the main A811 road, just outside the village of Drymen. The apartment is to the rear of the main house, with ground level access. Great central Scotland location within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Self-catering. The Knock comprises a large modern living room with open plan kitchen/dining area, one en-suite double bedroom, one en-suite twin bedroom, private entrance hall. Single foldaway beds are available for additional guests. UFH throughout. TV and Wi-Fi. Unlimited free parking. Sleeps 4 + additional 2.
The village of Drymen is a small conservation village within the Park and is an ideal base from which to explore much of west and central Scotland and beyond. Only minutes from Loch Lomond, the village offers several historic pubs and restaurants, small supermarket, chemist ,etc. - all within a 5 minute stroll from the apartment.

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage
This is a beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay and meeting Collin, his wife and their pets. The beds were comfortable and coffee and tea was provided. The cottage was an easy walk into town for dinner at the Clachan. We would stay here again.

Lovely Property
We stayed one night on our way back to Edinburgh. The property is lovely and we especially enjoyed the sheep who grazed near our windows. Colin is a lovely host. The communication was always prompt and he gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

Country Living at its best
The unit was perfect for us as we are two couples and the unit was equal in every way, The bathrooms were the best that we experienced in the three weeks that we have been travelling. The kitchen and sitting area was perfect and the parking was ideal. The location was a short walk to the local town that had a little bit of everything. The Clachan Pub and restaurant served up an ice cold pint of Guiness and easily the best food that we had on our entire trip.

The Knock was great
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Knock. We would go back there in a heartbeat. There are a few differences in the pictures that are shown on the VRBO site, but they are changes and upgrades to the furnishings made by the owner. It has two bedrooms and two baths. There is spacious parking for one or more cars. The owner is on site and is most helpful.

Great spot
We were in the Loch Lomond area for a couple of days and this place and the little town of Drymen were exactly what we needed. Clean and modern and comfortable. The listing says 2 bedrooms but then lists a third bedroom which is not a room but two roll away cots. The kitchen is modern but not super well equipped, but fit for our purpose. We enjoyed our stay.

What a gem!
Our family of 5 loved this place! What a wonderful hideaway - wish we could have stayed longer! Decorated beautifully, fantastic bathrooms, it’s a home away from home. We would love to come back and enjoy it longer and take advantage of all the walking trails and the village of Drymen. It’s perfectly situated to enjoy Loch Lomond. Amazing and Peaceful stay

Great location for a stylish apartment
Lovely well-equipped apartment which is very conveniently located for Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. Local village of Drymen is a short walk away. Apartment is stylishly decorated and clearly a lot of thought has been given to both the design and the practicalities so bathrooms are well-fitted, the shower is spacious and effective and the beds are comfortable. Colin is friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to relax in luxurious surroundings
We had a wonderful stay here - the little touches like fresh coffee etc were very handy. The place was immaculate and the decor just stunning. Colin our host was very charming and was around if we needed anything, not that we did as we were fully catered for. Will definitely be back :)

Perfect Highland retreat
