「They property was very clean and very well equipped . it is It is on the small side but has everything needed for short stay. The shower is lovely and everywhere was very clean. 「Wow what an amazing experience we had at East twin cottage carmichael, the property is a little dated but very clean and in an amazing location. 「The property was filthy. We reported the issues whilst we were there, and were advised to put it onto a feedback form when we left. We did this and have had no acknowledgement whatsoever. 「We had an enjoyable stay in a clean cosy place but the tiny touches were missing that we have become accustomed to using other holiday booking platforms (such as toilet roll and soap). 「This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. Just 30 mins drive from Edinburgh, and 10 mins from the Pentland Hills it's perfect for both a city and country break. Extremely dog friendly too with plenty of space to run around outside. All communication was clear and timely, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, lovely note and flowers. We will certainly try and return for a third stay in future.」

「The weather wasn’t in our favor but it didn’t matter as the cottage was the perfect place to spend a rainy day. The home was far more spacious than the photos conveyed. We had plenty of room for our group of five. With a well fitted out kitchen, a nice supply of board games, and a cozy fire in the wood stove, everyone enjoyed themselves. Hopefully, we will be able to take advantage of the lovely enclosed private garden on a future visit.」
