"We loved our stay here recently. Lobby and public spaces are clean and updated and all staff were SO helpful! I booked the “family room” and loved it!! I was confused at booking because it only said 2 twin beds but it actually came with one double bed and 3 twin beds!!! I would suggest fixing that detail for others booking. "The room was clean but it wasn't prepare for our arrival. The check-in proccess was a mess, the reservation was not registered and there was no one to help. We called the campus security who went quickly but didn't have the information as he didn't received it from the reception staff. The location was far from the bus stops, so the walking was very long and heavy considering the luggage."
