Welcome to The Schoolhouse – A charming cottage in historic Monticello, Florida.
This house was so cute and well stocked. The decor was awesome. Either the owner has a great eye for decorating or had it done. The location just a few blocks from downtown was ideal. Deborah was amazing!!! She even let us borrow a couple of propane tanks for an outdoor event where we needed heaters.Hot to was great.Property was very clean and well maintained. Hostess (Deborah) was exceptional. We will be staying at her properties again!!!!

Elegant 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Guest House close to Tallahassee. Whole Home Generator
Our stay was relaxing, serene, and extremely comfortable. This is a welcoming retreat in the woods with horses and deer to greet us. The guest house is clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and kind. We hope to stay again soon.
