Detaillreich und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst - vor allem die Einrichtung der Küche war außergewöhnlich gut. Check-in und Check-out liefen völlig unkompliziert, die Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr freundlich. Durch die Nähe zur Stadt und zur Natur war der Urlaub abwechslungsreich, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale rundeten den Urlaub ab. Raum für Ruhe

Wir haben das Haus zu viert genutzt und genossen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr angesprochen und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir den Garten und die wunderschöne Terrasse nicht so viel genießen können. Aber alles sah sehr einladend aus! Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen! Bei Fragen erhielten wir sehr schnell, eine ausführliche und hilfreiche Antwort.

Sehr gefallen hat uns gleich beim Betreten des Hauses die Osterdekoration, da wir ja über die Ostertage in dem Ferienhaus waren. Der Wohn- Essbereich ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet, genau richtig für eine Großfamilie. Auch der Garten mit dem großen Gartentisch, dem Gasgrill und der Polsterecke kam bei uns gut an. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, sodass wir die Autos stehen lassen konnten. Bei einem Problem kam nach einem Anruf bei Fr. Kaschube recht schnell der Hausmeister und half. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage in einem Wohnviertel von Dresden. Von da aus erreicht man in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto die Altstadt und ist auch in 40 Minuten mit dem Auto bei den Top-Sehenswüdigkeiten im Elbsandsteingebirge. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt, mit den Holzverkleidungen strahlt das Haus viel Wärme und Gemütlichkeit aus. Die Einrichtung scheint sehr neu zu sein. Die Küchenausstattung könnte um eine Schere, ein Sieb, eine Suppenkelle und Kuchengabeln komplettiert werden, ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bei einer Vollbelegung wäre eine zweite Dusche statt zwei Badewannen vorteilhafter gewesen sowie ein zusätzliches WC im Erdgeschoss, aber das ist nur Geschmacksache. Wir haben morgens gern auf der Holzterrasse vor dem Haus gefrühstückt. Das Haus liegt zwar in einer Seitenstraße, durch die jedoch der Bus fährt. Hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren und nachts war es sehr ruhig. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, großer Küche, Kaminofen, Gasgrill, Fasssauna, und mehr. Super netter und immer schneller Kontakt zu den Vermietern bei Fragen. Alles wurde umgehend gelöst. Gute Bus- und Strassenbahnanbindung. Restaurants vor Ort. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt oder auch in der sächsischen Schweiz. Geeignet für Familie und Kinder. Gerne wieder.
