The house is one of the oldest houses in Dresden Loschwitz and was built in 1808. The apartment is centrally accessible and offers great comfort. , The large terrace and the garden invite you to linger and relax. With public transport but also by car or bicycle you can quickly and easily reach Schillerplatz (5 minutes), Dresden city center (15-20 minutes) or the surrounding area. Walks along the Elbe slope and along the Elbe allow you to relax.

Family friendly - but right!: The apartment offers space for 2 to 5 (6) people. Two separate bedrooms, separate bathroom, storage areas and a spacious living / dining room create the ideal basis for a relaxing time. All surfaces are easy to wipe clean, all textile furniture (sofa, etc.) has washable covers. Electronics or dangerous things are out of the reach of small children. If required, we are happy to provide a children's library, duplo stone collection or Disney films.

There is a second and third apartment in the house, so that up to 20 people can stay when booking at the same time.

Die Ferienwohnung ähnelt einer Absteige.
Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Sie ähnelt einer Absteige, sauber war es auch nicht. Wir sind oft in Ferienwohnungen untergebracht und ich habe eine Menge Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Die Fester sind zum Teil uralt und die Hauptstraße direkt vor der Haustür.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Stadt und Umland gut geeignet
Die Ferienwohnung in Loschwitz liegt für Ausflüge nach Dresden rein, aber auch ins Umland sehr gut. Bushaltestelle in fußläufiger Entfernung, von da aus ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Nur ein kurzer Spaziegang an die Elbe. Für uns fünf war die Wohnung größenmäßig total in Ordnung. Allerdings wäre ausstattungsmäßig doch noch einiges zu verbessern- Spüllappen, Handfeger, Mülleimer im Bad, ein fünfter Stuhl in der Küche, Kochutensilien. Die Terasse liegt hinter dem Haus, ist also zum draußen essen eher nicht geeignet, und für die Waschmaschine musste ich erst mal mailen und anfragen wie und wo. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in meinen Augen in Ordnung

Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.
Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern drei Tage in Dresden verbracht. Dresden ist wunderschön! Was man von dem Haus und der Wohnung leider nicht sagen kann. Positiv war das wir schon recht früh die Wohnung beziehen konnten und für die Kinder gab es eine Legokiste zum Spielen. Das war es dann aber auch schon... Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren auch dabei. Jeder Erwachsene hat großzügig ein großes Handtuch bekommen das auch noch muffig gerochen hat. In den Bettlaken waren Löcher. Wenn man einen Blick in den Raum mit der Waschmaschine bekommen hat wusste man auch warum das so ist. Der Fußboden war überall nur grob gereinigt. In allen Ecken waren noch Staub und Haare zu finden. Das Sofa ist völlig kaputt und ebenso dreckig das man sich nicht darauf setzen mag. Am schlimmsten war allerdings die Küche. Alles war klebrig und völlig verstaubt. Die Geräte dreckig - ebenso die Schränke von innen. Der Kühlschrank wärmt auch gern mal! In der gesamten Wohnung waren Lampen kaputt. Genauso draußen! Zwischen dem ganzen Wildwuchs mochte man aber eh nicht gern sitzen. Ich denke der Vermieter sollte mal wieder vorbeischauen und mal eine Nacht in seiner Wohnung verbringen und schauen wie unwohl man sich dort fühlt. Der Eimer im Bad fehlt übrigens immernoch.
