We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The apartment had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Aldi and Netto within 7 minute walking distance. Easy free street parking. Quiet neighborhood. 2 minute walk to tram station, 15 minutes and you were in the downtown Dresden with lots of shopping and dining options.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, auch der Check in, wir hatten eine Panne und kamen erst 2 Stunden später als vereinbart. Wir hatten zu zweit das Standard Apartment. Es war alles top sauber, die Einrichtung ist gewollt, im älteren Stil gehalten und gemütlich. Die Betten waren bequem, nur für meinen Partner zu klein, das Fußende hat dazu nicht vorteilhaft beigetragen. Was für uns leider gar nicht ging, ist dass nachts um 2 Uhr Metal Musik voll aufgedreht wurde über uns, das von den Anbietern selbst kam. Unsere Nacht war dahin und wir mussten um 7 Uhr raus und waren dann total im Eimer. Das ist leider ein Grund weswegen wir nicht wiederkommen werden.

Es el ático de una casa muy acogedora y el ático también lo era. Muy limpio y los dueños pusieron mucha atención en la decoración, la tranquilidad y amabilidad. Además habían juguetes, si viajas con niños pequeños es buena opción. Está muy cerca del centro de Dresden y está bien conectado.

Wir haben zu 4 zwei Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Fast schade, dass es nicht länger war. Wir waren begeistert! Es war eine sehr gemütliche und toll ausgestattete Wohnung und wir fühlten uns da sofort wie zu Hause. Die Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn zum Zentrum war auch super. Der absolute Highlight für mich war, dass wir den Kaminofen benutzen durften. Es hat unserem Winterabend eine besondere Atmosphäre verliehen. Wir können es nur empfehlen:) Danke für alles!

Asunto oli siisti, puhdas ja viihtyisä. Pieni ongelma oli asunnon lämpötila, ei ollut ilmastointi laitetta ja varsinkin päivä aikaan asunnossa oli kuuma auringon paisteessa. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen, kylpyamme oli plussaa. Muutamia muurahaisia kulki asunnossa vaikka kyseessä katto huoneisto. Meidän loma huoneistossa kaikin puolin onnistunut ja olimme tyytyväisiä.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt außerhalb des Zentrums, ist aber gut an den ÖPNV angebunden (Fahrtzeit in das Zentrum ca. 20 Minuten). Der Garten und das Gebäude sind gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Möbel sind eher älteren Datums, aber trotzdem ansprechend. Einzig die Betten sind extrem unbequem (sehr dünne und harte Matratzen) auf einem Holzbettgestell, das bei der kleinsten Bewegung laut geknarrt hat. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut!

Zeer compleet huisje. Je kunt de auto in de straat kwijt en vervolgens is het ongeveer 5 minuten lopen 10 minuten metro naar het centrum. Misschien niet handig als je heel lang bent, want de bedden waren wat klein.

Great holiday apartment in Dresden

This is a holiday apartment, not a hotel. It is quite new and well furnished. I met there with a friend and it was a great and spacious place for us. All facilities are well maintained and there is all available that you need for a great time in Dresden. There are some steps to get to the apartment and there is no elevator. With a heavy bag that is a bit difficult, well see it as a workout. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
