"Am Anreisetag wurden wir freundlich empfangen. 3 von 4 Armbänder f¨r die Thermen waren jedoch nicht aktiviert, so mussten wir zurück zum Empfang. Da war die erste Enttäuschung schon da. Das Personal, welches beim Frühstück bediente, war unfreundlich. Wir fühlten uns da nicht wohl. Die Zimmer waren sauber, wir haben den guten Kaffee und die Äpfel genossen. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt verbessert. Bad Zurzach, die Thermen werden wir in guter Erinnerung behalten. "

"Looks like using words like Spa, etc just increases cost. Pls note this is an AIRBNB and not a spa resort. Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "We arrived late so the restaurant at the hotel was the only option but it was an excellent choice, room was clean, quiet, spacious, wifi a bit weak at our end of the building. Old town is a short walk on the path along the river."
