「This unit is a basement of an house in a residential area of a suburb of Salt Lake City that was converted to a studio. It has nice funiture and is very clean. Only issues were: no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (a first for us staying at a short term rental) and the host did not offer to provide us some when we inquired about it; the place smelled like pot; and the host took several hours to respond to our inquiry about the soap, whereas we are used to hearing back within the hour at other...

「The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked.
