"From the pool to the restaurant to the rooms, everywhere has a stunning view! You can wander the paths to the wetlands and see so many species of birds! But, I’ve also seen coati, howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, a staghorn beetle, iguanas, and loads of tropical flowers and butterflies! You really doing have to go anywhere to see so much! However, I also booked some tours: diving at Caño Island, a night walk, birding - and everything was fantastic!! I’d highly recommend staying with Natural Drake Bay. From your first WhatsApp communication Mary and the team (Michael, Joseph, Jesus, ++) make you feel welcome and at home! Oh, and the food is fantastic too. Really, I didn’t want to leave!"

"charming and comfortable accommodation a short walk from the beach and town restaurants and grocery/general store. very friendly and helpful staff. breakfast available very early to accommodate early tours. beautiful tropical setting full of birds and other wildlife. rustic but with all you need for a great stay. nicer than the pictures! steep walk to get to lodge and road to Drake Bay is very bumpy so a 4x4 is essential if you plan to drive there. "

"The hotel is in the beach, a 4 minute walk from town. They cremated tours to cano island and Corcovado national park, which was super convenient. They arranged a fun evening for all the guests on Christmas Eve. The staff are superb. "

"Nice large clean room with balcony overlooking tropical vegetation. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast choices were good and enjoyed the nice clean pool. Good location in Drake Bay, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach."
