"Property is really nice, rooms are kept very clean."

"After confirming an adjoining room for my 90 year old mom 2 additional times after reserving, they had given our room away by the time we checked in at 3 pm (check in time) on our reserved days. Parking for handicapped and 'Diamond members' or something was close to entrance, the rest of us had to wade through muddy leaves and water running thru parking lot all weekend long. Then a loud delivery truck at 4:30 am Saturday morning, and not enough seats for dining on what turned out to be terrible food~we're out. Not staying there again. The staff was great and helpful as they could be, from the pleasant front desk to overworked food service and the super nice people cleaning the rooms. Thank them for us!"

"Everything was ok except the mattress. It was not good at all. Very disappointing. The breakfast food wasn’t that great, either. Also surprised that we paid $31 a night to park. Understand when this happens in downtown LA but not Woodland Hills. The one staff that was very nice was Marge. About 15 min before we left the fire alarm went off I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. The alarm continued to go off. I called the front desk and talked to Marge. It was their yearly fire alarm drill. I told her I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. She said she would bring one up to us and that it was ok to use the elevator even tho the doors were closed (happens automatically). She arrived quickly and we escaped - the alarm continued. Just a note that the person at the desk at night barely looked at us when we arrived around 6pm the night before. Wouldn’t you think they would at least smile? I’m surprised the Hilton brand would put their name on this property. Oh well, we won’t be back!"
