"We have it there. They do a fabulous job!"

"We made 3 reservations for 3 rooms, they gave us the rooms on the 2nd floor which did not have a view at all. And one of the rooms air conditioning was not working. We went back to the reception area and asked to be moved and at first they gave us a real hard time but at the end after a While they gave us the new rooms but us wait until the following day. Which the temp was so hot and no AC. They did not allowed the red taxi trucks to drop us of in the front of the hotel. They are only allowed in the front street entrance which is a 8-10 min walk up hill to get to the lobby with the heat seems longer. With heels is even worse. They are definitely not friendly at all. My family and I were very disappointed. We have stayed in this chain of hotels in other destinations and never had an issue."

"Excellent service but the person in the pool the works like security they are annoying my daughter was crying and they where asking why she is crying like is not their bussiness.. And my daughter when to the playground the they have in the pool and they told me no adult are allow there and my daughter is 3 is always very important to have a adult with the kids because they could slipeery"

"El hotel es excelente, con muy buena ubicación, muy cerca a las letras de Mazatlan. Te recomiendo reservar cuarto con vista al MAR no te vas a arrepentir, vale la pena pagar un poco mas. El area de el alberca es de lo mejor con el agua calentita lo cual nos encantó, y la vista hacia el mar y el malecón es de lo mejor! El cuarto tiene todo lo que necesitamos y estaba todo muy limpio. Nos sorprendió cada detalle dentro de la habitación. Todo el personal tanto de limpieza, recepción, bar y seguridad muy amables y atentos. El hotel huele riquísimo desde que ingresas. También nos entregaron el cuatro un poco antes del check in, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros porque tenemos niños. Pedimos servicio al cuarto y la comida muy rica. Si vienes en familia te va encantar este hotel porque lo tiene todo, Definitivamente será nuestro hotel siempre que vengamos a Mazatlán."

"El hotel está situado estrategicamente en el centro histórico de Mazatlán, ideal para conocer la Plazuela Machado, la Catedral y muy cerca de Olas Altas en el Malecón, al cual esta muy cerca del hotel y se puede ir a pie. El hotel es muy tranquilo ideal para personas de la tercera edad y hombres de negocios!!"

"The apartment(s) itself were clean and nicely furnished. However, once we opened the sleeper sofa, the mattress was disgusting. Full of stains. The towels in the bathroom(s) were so dirty that we called the manager on duty to complain about both issues. We were moved to another unit and the situation was just as bad. We were sending the manager (who was out of town) pictures of the stained mattresses, towels and sheets!! Some stained in yellow and some with what seemed like blood! We were upgraded to a two bedroom room, and bought our own towels. The manager, Claudia, was very apologetic and tried to help us but the place, although it is very pretty from the outside and has very nice furnishings lacks cleanliness. No hangers in the closets, no toilet paper in the bathrooms (we had to ask for it). And to top it off, electricity was cut off on Monday May 18th due to lack of payment. We saw how Claudia was contacting the electric company paying by phone each of the 21 units that were cutoff. It is a shame that such a nice place is so uncared for."
