"The hotel is in a safe, beautiful area located across the street from a very high end mall. Parking is ample and free. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay."

"I needed two queen beds and a sofa bed to accomodate my party of 5. They were sold sold out and only had a King size bed with a soda bed. I didnt receive a courtesy call prior to my arrival to explain the situation. We worked around the situation and decided to take the King bed with the sofa. Upon opening the sofa bed, there were dog hairs everywhere. Tried calling room service but none of the phone in the room worked. I had to call the main number from my cell phone. The fitted sheets were full of dog prints...disgusting. Toilet was clogged up. The next morning we decided to have breakfast onsite. There was food spilled on the floor. Tables and tables with dirty plates.15 minutes to get a waffle because they only have one waffle machine. Just a hot mess. "

"Very good condition, completely renovated, but I think it’s the garage of the house converted to a “suite”. Definitely not what I expected. Stayed the first night and left. "
