"The room was nicely done and the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a shower curtain rod that was falling out of the wall so curtain would slide to middle of rod while showering which put water on floor. The shower head was also not working very well so that you got half the stream and the other half was just like the water was coming out of a faucet. Housekeeping provided clean towels and made the bed daily but they did not sweep well. The same black fuzzy was on the floor the whole time. (We left it to see if they would actually get it) Also we had empty pizza boxes from our first night that was never taken out of our room. We were disappointed to find that there was not a hot tub. The pool was clean but too cold to really enjoy. The vending machine did not have much in it and when I tried to get a snack, I discovered it was broken. The few staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We didn't have a terrible stay but would choose to stay somewhere different if we come to visit the area again."
