Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "A terrible hotel to stay at, would not recommend to anyone. My parents and I stayed here last winter and to say it is disgusting and rundown is an understatement. We were put in a room with a broken window that had black tape all around it (still managed to be broken), up above the dumpsters and car park so it was gross and noisy, the shower/bathroom had black mold EVERYWHERE, and the manager and cleaning staff did not care. We complained that night and the front desk staff apologized (he was very kind) and said they were fully booked for some conference and couldn't move rooms, and went to the back room to speak to the manager a few times and then finally said we would get a reduction on the price when we checked out. 30 minutes later he came to our door additionally offering free breakfast the next morning, so we accepted bc why not. The breakfast isn't work a pound, it was very bad. Then on checkout we speak to the manager - same manager that was working the night before and couldn't be bothered to come outside of her office and speak to us right then and there. Says there was a miscommunication and the breakfast was our compensation, and we wouldn't get a reduction because we paid through Expedia. Last I checked you got the money .... so you have the money to provide a refund .... Expedia doesn't hold onto the money indefinitely. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from a manager, would have been solved if she'd bothered to do her job the night before. 0/10, would not stay."
